ARE YOU THE MASTER OF YOUR OWN ENERGY LEARNING TO BREATH TOWARDS LIFE AFFIRMING CHOICES SIMPLE EXERCISE AT THE END

There is so much going on in the field, in the collective, in the visible and non-visible world, that it can be easy to fall out of balance. We get trapped in entanglement, stories, agendas, in fear, anger, rage and much more.

When we fall out balance, we can choose how long we stay out of balance for - and we really do have a choice about it.

We can feel like we don't, but that is a conditioning; a program; you really do have a choice. So it is important that we become aware of this.

There are things we can do that bring us back to balance or we can choose to stay out of balance and in a more negative head space. Allowing for negativity to come at us, overtaking our power of choice, our power of decision, our power to act.

Being in balance means being responsible for our own energy and therefore also being disciplined with ourselves, our actions, our thoughts, our choices.

We can choose to disengage/escape and do that thing that is so much easier to do … a glass of wine, Netflix, the news, negative thoughts, go around in circles ...

Or we can break through our intense wired patterns in our system and do something that will feed our system - go for a walk, nature, sport, read, meditate, write, feed your inspiration.

Like it or not, we are wired to have a negative bias, so that we will go towards those things that take us out of balance, out of alignment.

Our most important task then is to break form these patterns and exercise the muscle of positive, life oriented choices.

Here is were we need to exercise our discipline - become aware of what choices we are making and why and move through the limitation that is keeping us in a certain conditioning, repeating certain actions.

In order to stay strong in your center and clear of external impulses your BREATH together with your DISCIPLINE and IMPULSE is key.

So before you go towards a ‘negativity affirming’ actions:

Take some deep BREATHS

Feel if what you are going to good for you

What is it going to bring you? Notice the IMPULSE that is taking you there

BREATH through it.

STEP out of it - (physically)

Arm yourself of STRENGTH and DISCIPLINE to break those energetic ties that keep you there and follow the IMPULSE of a ‘life affirming action’.

We are like a Muscle - REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT. Do not beat yourself up if you fall out of balance, instead each time try and get back into alignment in a quicker way. As you break free of the ‘ties’ it will become easier each time.

When things get tricky all around that is the chance for us to evolve, be more love, more grace, more whole.
