In 2011 when I started properly working with energy and the body -  studying Kinesiology and the Life Alignment system of healing it became clear to me that the body is a bio-computer. It holds all the keys to our traumas (be it of this life or any other) in it and it is our map to evolving.

This is how I work in 1-1 sessions, allowing for the body to tell me the story.
