We all have different ways of understanding energy / frequency.
Many of us are very muddled (meaning we are energetically entangled / confused) with different energies so we are not able to differentiate between one frequency and another.
Or between the Truth and not the Truth. Or what is our Spirit / Intuition and what it is not.
For me personally:
I feel energy very deeply in my body. When I open myself up or if I want to I can feel in my body everything that a person is feeling and what is happening in the field. What the collective is experiencing, etc.
I hear energy too. I can hear the frequencies, if the frequency is elevating and there is good energies or if the frequency is lowering and there is bad / denser energies.
When energy is very dense in a place or in a person and there is a lot of old imprinting / conditioning / programming then my ears clog.
It is like there is a deep pressure on all the ear canals and in the head which gives me the feeling of not allowing me to pretty much think, it makes me dizzy.
Sometimes this pressure gives me the feeling of throwing up, it doesn’t allow me to move freely or get out of my own way.
It is like the ego mind compromising the potential to listen to the Spirit, to the Intuition and allowing the beauty, joy, possibility, awe, wonder of Spirit to flow through.
This you could say is the resistance energy. The energy that is resisting the flow of your Spirit, your Intuition, your Expansion.
An extremely perceptive client I worked with last week, said during her AuraTransfomation, “it felt like she had been underwater my whole life”. This is simply the best explanation! She felt perfectly how she was releasing the old structures and moving up into the higher frequencies.
I can see energy as well. So I can see the darker / denser energies, can see information in the field. Usually I will see a place / space / person when it is in the dense energies as blurry or darker, very gray and dull.
When that heavy energy or those denser frequencies are lifted it all brightens up. It is like turning on a magic light. Usually if I am working with a person that person will see brighter and lighter too. In the same way that they will hear crispier and more clear. The colours come alive, they become more vivid and I can see life force, vital force, Source energy running through, moving freely in spirals, infinity signs, vortexes - Beautiful figures, that move fast but very harmoniously in balance.
I can smell energy too. As you can probably imagine from this, denser energies smell putrid and very sticky. When the higher frequencies come in they smell fresh, clear, expansive .. They smell of freedom.
All these senses guide me in how I manoeuvre reality and they give me information of what is happening with a place, a culture, a community, a country.
It is a very wonderful way to live life, to have a lot more perspective of our reality, which is not only physical, but that is multidimensional and multilayered.
Every country I travel for work I get an immense amount of information - and as you can imagine it is not always pleasant because personally I like being and living in harmony in the beautiful higher frequencies where there is freedom and balance and joy and love.
But when I am able to transform that energy and when we go from the dense old structures to the higher brighter frequencies it is beautiful. It is not only a beautiful image to see with my eyes, it is also beautiful frequencies to hear, to smell, to sense and feel.
So I feel the blessings of it and the magic of it all. I feel very blessed to be able to witness and be part of these shifts.
These I think and know these are abilities we all have.
What we require to expand them though is to clear and upgrade our energy systems so we can move into this expanded awareness where were are connected to ourselves and understanding the energy field.
We have to be connected to ourselves so that we understand the signs in the different forms from our Upgraded Senses, our Intuition, our Spirit.
