Our Energy is also our Attention. Where your Attention goes your Energy Goes.
Some of us are very sensitive beings.
We can sense and feel everything - even the things we can’t even see - very deeply.
Because everything is energy we suck in, so to say all the energy that is around.
You might absorb other’s thought forms or emotions. We are constantly being bombarded by energies. And if these energies come into our system our whole being and nervous system can get extremely frazzled, overwhelmed and muddle. Sort of like confused.
If I am exposed to a lot of stimulus I experience my nervous system getting very overwhelmed and needing to regather or regroup.
The way we can do this is:
Taking some time in nature on your own. Sitting against a tree, allowing for the energy of the tree to cleanse you.
Walk slowly, with intention putting your feet on the Earth (in your shoe if need to be). But really becoming present with every step.
Connecting to your breath. Breath in for 4, Hold for 4, Breath out for 4, and Hold for 4. Repeat.
When we have alot of stimuli we can start loosing our energy, which in this case means taking away the focus from being in our center and in our presence.
When you are usually present and your energy gets pulled in many different directions this is a horrible feeling.
It can feel like being incredibly scattered, you can feel anxiety or paralysis. It is fear really.
But for many, if we still don’t have the experience of really being present, being in the body, feeling deep peace and feeling safe then we can’t know the difference.
For many the “normal” is to be in a constant state of fear, to have our body contracted. To not breath, to be disconnected.
But what's normal isn't necessarily good. We learn to manage it, but ideally, what we can do is upgrade our energy system with AuraTransformation to create strong energy barriers so we don't absorb everything and have clear limits on what we allow into our energy and what we don't.
It's like putting up a good fence around our garden.
