Inside of us we all carry our Divine Spark. That part of Source that we bring to this Earth to show.

Our Divine Spark is in the center of our heart and it is yearning to be express. To be seen, to be heard, to shine.

When we have had hurt, painful situations in our lives, we create a shield for protection.

This shield is made out of lower frequencies, denser emotions.

I can sense this shield or wall around people’s heart areas. When this wall is very dense it is hard to connect with people and to connect with one’s real self.

Covering up your Divine Spark is covering up the real essence of who you are.

When we are children our Divine Spark, our Essence shines.

When you look at a child they are connected to Source, to their essence. They have no shame or guilt or conditioning of how or what they have to be.

They are in the present, they flow, they try things they keep trying. They evolve rapidly and without judgement.

Things start happening in life though and we start pilling up emotions over our heart center, creating an armour to protect us from pain.

Unaware of it though we are doing what most hurts us which is covering up the connection to our True Self, our Essence, limiting our Life Force and Vitality. That part of us which is truly who we are and is the most sacred which we bring here to share.

This heart layering creates havoc in our lives - relationship issues, addiction, money issues, work issues, belonging issues and even physical and mental issues.

Imagine what would happens if you start to limit the natural flow of a waterfall or river - in the end it would burst, creating floods, etc. The same with our Natural Life Force.

It is the restriction of the flow of life.

For our life to flow more easily, to feel more aligned, more connected and more whole it is important to release this energetic protection.

Releasing it and leaving it exposed can be a bit harsh thought, so upgrading ones system to have a strong aura that can hold your energy and where you can feel safe and at home within your energy is optimal.

When more and more people in the world live connected to their own Heart and Divine Spark more we will be able to see a world of harmony.

Because when you are connected to your Heart and Divine Spark you understand there is space for everyone. You can allow for different ways of thinking and being, not because you are enforcing it, but because you are so connected to yourself that you are fully connected to others as well.
